We have unfortunately had a number of cancellations with less than 24 hours notice recently.

When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you with a member of the team. When appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice this leaves us with very little chance of filling that gap. No business is sustainable in this way.

Therefore going forward, no booking is guaranteed without securing with a 30% deposit via the Fresha app, and agreement to our cancellation policy.

All bookings must be secured with a 30% deposit. You will receive a text/ email from our booking system ‘Fresha’ asking you to follow the link.
Our booking policy will appear which needs to be agreed to and will then proceed with entering your card details..

If you do not show up to your appointment, or cancel / reschedule with less than 24 hours notice for ANY REASON you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

If we are unable to charge the fee, the amount will be held on your client file and no further appointments will be available to you until the balance is cleared.

Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with more than 24 hours notice are free of charge

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings not confirmed with a 30% deposit.

A 15 minute grace period has been added onto all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late then your appointment will be  cancelled and your deposit will be retained.
